WHO DO WE ASSIST WITH SPAY/NEUTER? We provide assistance for local dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens for residents of northern Humboldt County which includes: Arcata, Bayside, McKinleyville, Blue Lake, Fieldbrook, Trinidad, Westhaven, Orick, Willow Creek, Hoopa, and occasionally Eureka. You must be low-income qualifying to receive assistance. Please call CAF at 707-826-PETS (7387) to find out more about our program. We can also assist with ferals, although some restrictions do apply.
